About
Paul DeNigris is the global service desk senior manager for Silver Lake Technology Management in New York. In addition to addressing technology issues for clients’ upper management, Paul DeNigris builds on Sliver Lake’s knowledge base and mentors new agents. The Scotch Plains, NJ resident also collaborates with in-house teams to share new product developments.
Mr. DeNigris has served in similar positions for several other New York City financial firms, such as TPG Capital, where he managed transitions to new computing platforms. Earlier at Cadogan Management, he administered internal communication systems. Before then, he ensured timely service request turnarounds for Options Technology and was the service desk lead for Clay Finlay, Inc. His first job out of college came as a senior service desk analyst for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he trained 50 to 100 new agents each week.
He enjoys relaxing with his family, reading, cooking, and attending sports events in the NJ area.
